defined page not registering changes

my defined page contact us is not registering the changes i am making from the admin/tools/defined pages editor.

it is a minor change i am trying to justify the text on the page. i am setting the text to justify and saving, but it is not changing. any ideas on what my cause that.

Follow up: it was a small change to the style sheet that was affecting the entire cart and preventing the changes from registering.
