    red flag Product prices

I'm currently working on a new stor. The problem I have is the product price for each item on the main page is to the right of the image, but I would like the price to be under each image. This is how it look on another site I have, but not on this one.

Here is the problem site http://www.badluckclothing.co.uk/

    Any help would be great,

    Many thanks
    Dan

Can we see the NON-problem site so we can compare ?

Have you edited - tpl_product_info_display.php - in either of these stores?

If the zencart versions are IDENTICAL, then you may be able to substitute

    tpl_product_info_display.php - in http://www.burningcardmagic.co.uk

    for the one in http://www.badluckclothing.co.uk.

BACKUP the original tpl_product_info_display.php in the problem site, so that if things don't work, you can restore the original.

NB:You ought to ALSO look at the layout settings in your ADMIN control panel, and see where these may differ between the two sites.

ADDITIONALLY, compare the CSS files of each store, as POSITIONING is sometimes controlled by CSS.

both the tpl_product_info_display.php are fine, so it could be the CSS file?!
Now I have to try and find the right line to edit. Before you say I would compare the twe, but the http://www.badluckclothing.co.uk site was built by a different guy, but I ended up taking it over to finish and the css file is different to the first one.

I realise that both tpl_product_info_display.php could be "fine".

In fact, both ARE fine... (both sites work).

My point is that the POSITION of the price can be governed by the relative placings of <!--bof> and <--eof> sections in the file.

Call up both of your shops in separate browser tabs and navigate each one to the product info pages.

Then view the SOURCE CODE of each, and compare the placings of the <!--bof> and <--eof> sections. You will see how their chronology affects layout (along with appropriate css - such as "clear:both" - which you must be aware of...)

Now, look at what I suggested...

If both webshops are using IDENTICAL versions of ZC (and possibly the same custom template), then it could be possible to substitute one tpl_product_info_display.php for the other.

CSS may influence this... we don't know.

Try what I suggest (but only if your ZC versions are identical - back up your tpl_product_info_display.php in the "badluckclothing" store, grab a copy of the tpl_product_info_display.php in "burningcardmagic" store, and FTP that one up to the relevant directory in badluckclothing.

If it all goes pear-shaped, then simply restore the original tpl_product_info_display.php

Ok so I FTP the burningcardmagic file to badluck but no change.. I compared the two files and hey are the same, so when I uploaded it, nothing changed.

Did you make sure it over-wrote the tpl_product_info_display.php in the appropriate directory? (Make sure it goes into your custom folder...)
