I'm currently running 1.3.7 (not live yet) and want to upgrade to 1.3.8a -- should I click on the link at SourceForge that has "latest" or the one below that has 1.3.8a Full File Set?

1.3.8a is a newer version than 1.3.8
Best to use the newest.
