    Default Restoring SQL database?

I am NOT experienced with SQL. I need to restore my DB via Cpanel backup wizard. My hosting company tells me I have to first "empty" the existing DB.

Have no idea what this means. Is there a doc in this forum that details how to restore an SQL database, ideally within Cpanel?

    It's easier than it sounds.

Log in to your cpanel account and scroll down to database's and click on phpMyadmin.

    The rest is found here.

Thanks. One last SQL question. Is there anyway to "backout" patches/queries?
