DROP command denied to user @localhost

I'm receiving the following error when attempting to import my data into my new database. (I'm in the process of upgrading from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8a) What I just noticed as I pasted the error is the database: 'mktrack_hp_zencart' -- This is the old database (1.3.7 site) -- Any ideas?

That means that your 'mktrack_zen138' user which you created in MySQL doesn't have the required permissions to your database.
Go back and add all permissions to that MySQL user, using your hosting control panel.
