order not showing up after paypal payment after upgrade

I have upgrade my store from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8. The paypal checkout worked fine before upgrade. Now customer place orders and it does not show in zen-cart orders. I only get payment confirmation from paypal. Any help would be appreciated.

I have my own ip address and server. Server is at my location.

Curl status says true.

I am really starting to get some orders and need to figure this out. Any help would be appreciated. I did do some trouble shooting and got no results from doing downloading the ipncheck file as follows.http://your_site.com/ipncheck.php

I did find another site in forums where the link did work. I am sure it is some kind of communication, but I cannot figure out where. Help please

By "Curl status says true", what do you mean?
I asked about both the Curl Proxy server address, and the Curl Proxy Status.
Did you mean that the Curl Proxy Status is true? Or did you mean that Curl is installed?

If you meant the proxy status, then *why* do you have it enabled? There's only one case I've seen where that is legitimately necessary, unless you've set up some elaborate oddball firewall arrangement on your server.

What happens if you turn the Curl Proxy off? (ie: change Curl Proxy Status to false)

I change the Curl proxy status from true to false and everything works.
