I have stopped receiving emails regarding orders and the cc number. I looked into my email archives and I can see that an email has been send out for the order but none for the credit card. The kicker is that I didn't receive the email regarding the order (which shows it is in the archive) or the cc number email.
I am getting emails when the customer uses the contact us function.
Please advise as I'm lost as to what to do next.
