    Default Zen Cart not sending out CC email for orders

    I have stopped receiving emails regarding orders and the cc number. I looked into my email archives and I can see that an email has been send out for the order but none for the credit card. The kicker is that I didn't receive the email regarding the order (which shows it is in the archive) or the cc number email.


    I am getting emails when the customer uses the contact us function.

    Please advise as I'm lost as to what to do next.

    The thing is that I placed more info in this thread. I did some more investigating and found out that the shopping cart sent out the order email to me but didn't reproduce or send out the extra cc email.

    Are your credit card numbers apperaring in the admin order page with the XXXXX in the middle, or are they missing as well? Within the payment class 'cc' there are 2 processes. The first saves the numbers to the database, and the second sends the email. If there is a problem with your payment module, it may be that one or both of these modules fail.
