I initially thought this was a problem with my custom Specials Sidebox - but I've removed those files and I am still having the problem.
My specials sidebox works fine, except it doesn't show up on the Product Detail page. All other sideboxes do but not that one.
I don't have the problem on my 1.3.7 store.
Any ideas? Did I miss an admin setting somewhere?

Figured it out - it was the section of code at the top of the sidebox to turn it off on that page! I guess it was too early for me!
