Database error at confirming order

I have this error at Step 3 of 3 - Order Confirmation

1146 Table 'shazzas_clothes08.sc_products_ratio' doesn't exist
in:
[SELECT ratio FROM sc_products_ratio WHERE products_id=26 LIMIT 1]

where shazzas_clothes08 is my database

Any help to fix this would be appreciated. It is causing my customers to click again which causes 2 or 3 orders for the same goods.

Sounds like you've installed a "products ratio" mod but haven't set up the database pieces correctly.
