Running zc_install on apache

Hi,
I've installed zen cart into the htdocs folder of my apache version but when I browse to the localhost location for zc_install all I get in a folder directory, the PHP script doesn't run. Other php pages display fine. I haven't installed XAMPP as I already have apache, php and MySql installed.
I'm running Windows XP.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,
I'm not sure what the problem was but I fixed it by removing Apache and MySql of my machine and going with XAMPP. Worked fine after that.
