I have read the tutorials and as far a i know i have done everything correct.
Uploading the new image etc
but when I go to upload the header.php in Core FTP it comes up with

header.php - 1248 bytes transferred
MDTM 20080412044932 header.php
550 Can't check for file existence

What does this mean?

Looks like a core ftp message...not a Zen Cart message
