"Starting at" not showing up on pages with priced attributes

I'm a new zenner and am just about ready to launch my new site, with just a few tweaks here and there. The main thing I want to fix first though is on product pages that are priced by attributes, the "Starting at" text is not showing up at the top of the page (or anywhere else for that matter) to let people know that the price for a particular item can change depending on the size they choose. To give an example of what I'm referring to, you can see one of the pages here.
I can just picture someone getting angry because they didn't pay attention to the prices in the drop-down box, they're thinking that they're only going to pay $12 for a size that's actually going to cost them $15.

In the product description I have it marked as "priced by attributes" with $0.00 for the price in the products price box. Then in the attributes controller I've defined the prices for each of the sizes available. What am I missing??

The other thing I'd like to change is to not have the product price show up in the top of the browser window, but the "starting at" text is more important to me at the moment.

I have been searching the forum, the faq's pages and the wiki for days, with no luck. That's why I finally asked the question here.

As for my links, some of those are required due to business agreements and others are links to friends' sites, who in turn have links to my site. On embroidery sites, this type of arrangement is very common.
