unable to code new logo due to PHP

I know HOW to change the logo in my files.. my problem is that my PHP seems to be in a different language.. its has characters i do NOT understand

.. but if i try and click in it .... it freezes and says not responding..

anybody know where or HOW to change it to (us) english? so i can more efficiently make changes to my site?

What ftp software are you using to download the file from your server.....and what software are you using to edit the file?

well im new to all this so i hope i give you the right info..

i ordered my template already made
they placed it on my c-panel for me

so the only things i know to do are go to cpanel and zen cart...

if this is not what you waned to know.. please explain or direct me where to find this info.. sorry fo rmy lack of knowlegde
