nochex problem

i installed the nochex module, and when going through as a test, i get the basic log in for customers, instead of the option to pay by credit card, instead they are asked to log in or create an account.
Anyway of changing this? so that they can just pay with their card

just wanted to add that i have read on the forum that, you have to have a debit card registered, which i did tonight.. the old one was no longer valid, if that is the case and i have one registered why is it still only offering log in?
i have a seller account.

its ok contacted nochex, they hadnt Xtra enabled the account, now it is all working fine..

Thanks for the update! This is always a great help to others to see that sometimes it is just a simple phone call to a Payment processor to fix an account that is not complete or correctly setup to resolve issues where this just don't work the way that they should ...

glad it was something simple lol. am no good at programming.. but learning as i go along..
Reading things on the forum has been a great help with different things.....
i downloaded and installed the royal mail module.. works great!
As well as the how did you find us one..
Did many searches to find out how to install and use them..

Hi Debby,

i see you are currently using nochex to process customers credit cards?

can i ask:

1) what account type is this with nochex?
2) is there any monthly charge?
3) what are the transaction fees?
4) cusomters do NOT need a nochex account / create a account or log in to pay via credit card?

5) can i get a link to your site please to see the mod in action?
