having trouble trying to add a logo

Also I don’t know if this has any thing to do with it but at the top of my pages there is a red cross,

Did you place the header logo here to.. the path is different than the classic logo placement

Because you have stated in your .css sheet

You need to place the logo image in this file

1. ftp header_bg.jpg to:
2. root directory / images

Yes, that is the path,
If you are stating in a declaration LogoWrapper to place your logo on the page.

The image has to be placed in the same path as you are describing..

Ftp the image to root directory/ images..

Back to square one.
Since you have declared the logo image in the path above you half to place the header-bg.jpg there

1. ftp the .jpg to: store/images
2. or change the path above to:
3. url(../store/includes/templates/classic/ images

Ok I’ve changed it to this, and all that’s happened is the red x has moved to the centre of the screen
