categories nav menu

is there a way to have the categories nav menu display section headings text within the menu??? so it would display links as normal but they could be grouped under specific headings...

for example:

categories

accessories (heading text)
link - to product pages
link - "
link - "

clothing (heading text)
link - to product pages
link - "
link - "

etc., etc.

Or I believe there is a mod in the download, Category Dressing by Gjh42, read first to see if this is the answer..
