    ok so I just talked to the host and they said that I need to make changes on my site so it points to https://duquecigars.com

    what does that mean it does not seam like much help for all the money I paid them?

    I think they're referring to your two 'configure' files.

    Define the webserver and path parameters
    // HTTP_SERVER is your Main webserver: eg, http://www.yourdomain.com
    // HTTPS_SERVER is your Secure webserver: eg, https://www.yourdomain.com
    define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://duquecigars.com');
    define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://duquecigars.com');

    // Use secure webserver for checkout procedure?
    define('ENABLE_SSL', 'true');

    this is the includes/configure.php

    Shouldn't it be 'http://www.duquecigars.com'?

    Also, is this a dedicated certificate, or shared?
