Access Denied

customers can join but when they goto log in again Access Denied
customers cannot log into zen cart Access Denied
also when you goto add items to cart Access Denied

please help im lost

i dont get any number before Access Denied <<< just that
everything else seems fine you just cant log in or add items to cart

yes you can get into the shop but you cant add products to your shopping cart all you get is access denied and also if you sign up to be a member you cant log back in again it just says access denied

when thying to log in with user name and pass
