Help with extra photos not showing

Hi,
I am trying to add extra photos in the description field of my product. They show up fine in preview mode, but not on the actual site (red X's)

I did not "hard-code" them, since I already read that was a no-no, any other suggestions?

Why not use the builtin additional image functionality of Zen Cart?

I'd love to but I must be missing something. I read over that post last night and I cannot seem to find where I add additional images...it only asks me for one, and I can't find settings for more.

I know what you are talking about, I used to use OSCommerce and that was an option.

Well, I'll re-read the steps again today, but if you know where I might change that, I'd appreciate it. (I'm sure it's right in front of me!)

The base image, the main small image, is added while Adding/Editing the Product ...

The Medium, Large and Additional Small images and Addition Large images are all added via FTP to the appropriate directories and then based on the naming convention, these are identified as "belonging" to the Product and will appear on the product _info page ...

I finally understand how to add the pictures, but none of them are showing up.

Here is what I did -

For the All-Star tees I made a directory in images called /tees
I uploaded the "main" picture to that file - all-stars-front.jpg
I also added these files to that same /tees folder -
all-stars-front-01.jpg
all-stars-front-02.jpg

Then I added another directory -images/large/tees and added the file all-stars-front-01-LRG.jpg

I did the same for images/medium/tees and added all-stars-front-01-MED.jpg

Here is the link - does anyone know why it may not work

What happens if you name those images:
all-stars-front_01.jpg
all-stars-front_02.jpg

Then rename these:
all-stars-front_01_LRG.jpg

all-stars-front_01_MED.jpg

Thank you SO much - they actually show up now!! :o) Sorry to ask two more question, but you have been the best help ever....I've read through the book, the FAQ's, everything.

#1 - The additional photos show up - is there any way to make them larger on the actual product page? Or to move them above the attributes?

#2 - I've learned how to get rid of most of the Zen Cart messages that you need to replace, except one - the title - my store still says "Zen Cart! The Art of ECommerce" and I'd like to replace that :o)

Thank you again! You should get paid for helping, versus the time I have spent trying to figure this out, having a tutor (for lack of a better word), would have been invaluable to me!

Additional Images are managed in the additional_images.php module ...

This is using the setting for the small image width and height for these images ...

You could alter the code to use something else, or just make the large additional images the size you want ...

Oh ... and for the customizing of the text ... you'd be amazed and the neat things in the tutorials/FAQs on what things you might want to do ...

You also have the option of searching for the text you are looking to change on the Forums, tutorials/FAQs, Wiki or in the Developers Tool Kit in your Zen Cart Admin ...
