Sidebox Error

Hey-

For some reason our right sideboxes do not line up flush against our header and our footer. The header and footer are the correct dimensions. Does any one know what is causing this? Our site's link is in my signature.

Well actually let me rephrase that...in the normal header the sideboxes line up with the footer. However, the secondary header does not seem to line up with the footer but it is being called to spread out at a width of 100%. Does anyone know why this isn't isn't spreading out all the way?
