How do I change the email that customers receive order confirmations from? I want customers to be able to click reply directly and it goes to [email protected] instead of the default [email protected].

There's a setting in admin..
Admin>Config>Email Options>Email Address (sent FROM)

Change the EMAIL_FROM to '[email protected]' or whatever you want ... in /includes/classes/order.php
There are no overrides for that file. Alter at your own risk..
