Did you make sure to run the "googlefroogle.sql" file?

Best way to do so (if you haven't already) is to open the file on your local computer (notepad works) select all the text (Ctrl+a on windows computers) and copy it (Ctrl+c)... then paste it (Ctrl+v) in the box Admin>> Tools >> Install SQL Patches

If I remember correctly, "Configurations" get populated by files in the admin folder, but the "Tools" tab doesn't populate until the the Data Base has been updated (SQL File is run).

    Hope this helps!

Have you changed the name of your admin folder for security purposes? If so, then you will also need to change the name of the admin folder to match your admin folder for the files you upload.

    For example:

Your admin folder was renamed to flintstone
The upload package has a folder named admin. You must rename it to match your admin folder ... rename to flintstone.

This way all the files for admin are uploaded to the proper place.

if you haven't renamed any of your folders (from the original names Zen Cart had)... then assuming you are running Zen Cart v. 1.3.8a you could use a program like FileZilla to upload the files to where they need to go.

    Or...

You could use a program like Beyond Compare to verify that you have uploaded all the files completely, and to their correct locations.

did this include running the SQL file again?

Might try running the "Uninstall.sql" file first... then run the "googlefroogle.sql" file again.

I'm not 100% positive, but if all files are installed, only 2 things could be causing an issue... the first being the SQL file didn't install correctly (or at all)... or, another add-on you have is causing a conflict of some sort... my guess is, it's the SQL that's the issue (if you upgraded, make sure you ran ALL of the upgrade SQL files... if you run the unistall.sql file, you won't (or shouldn't) have to run each of the upgrade.sql files).
