I recently set up a zen cart and noticed that the credit card expiration dates weren't being sent with either of the split emails. Anyone know how I could change either of the emails to send the expiry date as well?

I'd like our emails to include the expiration date as well. Does anybody know how to help us with this? I'm sure it's some modification to one of the PHP files but I'm not sure which or what to do. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.
It would seem you're using the module incorrectly.
You're supposed to match up the middle-digit email with the full order details in your ADMIN area, not in other emails.

The client I built the site for is currently doing it just as you described, DrByte, but they would prefer to just print the confirmation email (the one with most of the order information) and add the middle digits. Since all of the order info is in those two emails except the expiration date, they'd like to add the expiration date and not have to go to the admin area every time they have an order. They sometimes get ten or so orders a day so it's not a huge deal but it would be a lot easier to just hit print on the email, add the middle digits and be done with it. Any suggestions?
Thanks!
So, you mean they're not keeping their site's order data up-to-date, so the customer never gets any update about their order status, and thus cannot check the details of their order online?

If you plan to customize the code in order to insert expiry dates into emails, you are getting into dangerous territory. Not only do you end up with CC information in an unsecure medium, but including dates in those emails essentially makes the email database a goldmine for fraud. And if ever exploited, you and your client are going to be looking at penalties with more digits in them than you have fingers and thumb on your right hand.
Nevertheless, if you choose to do so, you are welcome to alter the code however you see fit.
But the "solution" to do it will not be posted on this forum. You're on your own.
