No side boxes on right

I'm working on a website and I just can't seem to get the right side boxes working. I'm sure its something I must be doing.

Here'a a look at my side boxes. If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great

Have you checked the setting for Global - right ? Is it off or on? (0 or 1)

I had the globals setting off, now some of the right boxes are acting strange, so I'll work them out first, Thanks again
