Hi,
I'm looking to see if a module/add-on exists already that allows your customers to add a small note for a product they add to their cart, that we get on our end when the submit payment. We offer a personalized greeting/note card for their product. Does such a module exist?

You don't actually need a mod for this, it can be done by adding an attribute to the product.
