Odd Define Page issue.

I used the define page generator to create some new define pages called defines_shipping (I don't like the default page names shippinginfo) and defines_return_policy.

I did this on eclecticaclothing.com, and it worked perfectly. On the site I am currently working on, the link called 'shipping' still goes to the defines_shippinginfo page.

I can't seem to figure out what is going on.

You missed a definition when changing the files...

Check out this mod to make sure you have edited all the files necessary..

I used the page generator mod to create the files. I've checked them about 20 times with the default ones and nothing is missing...

Have you though about using EZPages - much more EZ to do this!

Sounds like all you need is a "link" to your newly defined page(s).

EZ pages are not as beneficial as a regular page.


The benefit of defining the pages is the filename value with search friendly urls which has keyword weight.

Or you can use seo module to assign a name to the ezpage, so it makes no difference, except the fact that pages with php code should use define page.

The weight is in the url which contains keywords in the filename section... Not the page name, does this change also?
