Default HELP - admin customer order errors!

I'm not sure if this is the best forum for this problem...but since I think it requires an understanding of the 1.3.8 changes...

I have a 1.3.7. live site. (with several contributions including QBI, USPS_autofill, and Ty_tracker)

After adding QBI – I had a database error regarding attributes.

To resolve the database error I updated the following 3 files using 1.3.8 files
-admin/attributes_controller.php
-admin/includes/functions/general.php
-admin/options_values_manager.php

I just realized I have errors in 3 admin files as follows:

Call to undefined function zen_address_format() in admin/orders.php on line 343
Call to undefined function zen_address_format() in admin/invoice.php on line 103
Call to undefined function zen_address_format() in admin/packingslip.php on line 97

My question is can I simply update these 3 files with 1.3.8 versions?
Or…will updating these files create subsequent errors and I am forced to completely update my site to 1.3.8

Or might the problem be caused by not having yet updated the contribution: USPS_autofill

If I start by updating the contribution – should I use the 1.3.7 USPS_autofill update or the 1.3.8 USPS_autofill update?

And therefore, would updating the contribution potentially solve my problem?

Any help would be tremendously appreciated.

Well as a start I did update the USPS_autofill with the 1.3.7 version and while it corrects the USPS clicknship autofill errors, it does not correct for the original 3 admin customer order errors.

So...I've at least eliminated 1 piece of this puzzle.

2 more pieces...

Updated USPS_clicknship_autofill 1.3.8 version
and
Updated
admin/orders.php,
admin/invoice.php, and
admin/packingslip.php to 1.3.8 versions

...did NOT correct errors.

In reviewing the code lines called out in all three errors I find this reference in common:

<td class="main"><?php echo zen_address_format($order->customer['format_id'], $order->customer, 1, '', '<br />'); ?></td>

<td class="main"><?php echo zen_address_format($order->customer['format_id'], $order->billing, 1, '', '<br>'); ?></td>

<td class="main"><?php echo zen_address_format($order->customer['format_id'], $order->billing, 1, '', '<br>'); ?></td>

Does anyone know what file or ??? I should look at next?

Okay - here's the latest...(is anyone out there?)

I updated my 1.3.7 site with the following 1.3.8 files and corrected the problem - no more errors in Admin Customer Order Edit, Invoice or Packingslip.

admin/invoice.php
admin/order.php (actually done w/ USPS_clicknship_autofill mod. for 1.3.8)
admin/packingslip.php

admin/includes/functions/function_customers.php
admin/includes/boxes/customer_dhtml.php
admin/includes/classes/order.php
admin/includes/init_includes/init_general_funcs.php

My concern now is: have I potentially created new problems down the road, or do these files work independently enough that I am okay?

I viewed the order information within Admin, and I viewed the order info. as a customer from MyAccount.

Have I missed anything?

Any input would really really be appreciated.
