    Default Password error - already tried tutorial

    Zen cart is not accepting my Username and Password.
    I tried resending and nothing....
    i tried the tutorial (sql query)
    and i must be doing it wrong because nothing....

    i have not been able to log in since Monday night and I really need to work (lol)

    any extra help?

    i feel like the tutorials are always missing ONE thing for us beginers....

    Actually, if you search these forums, using 'admin password' as the search term, there are a lot of posts that may be useful. Seems that this problem often has to do with something on the server.

    Yeah i had tried everythingit said on there already. and nothing..

    =(

    i had someone else (the people who made my website) get in and send me a new one.. but they said my files were comprimised i asked my hosting company for more info.. through their security.. and nothing...

    this is the second time it happens
