Category Images too small and how to make columns for subcategories images

1) On my website the images for the categories and subcategories are too small. How do I make them normal pixel size that I edited them to be?

2) How do I make 2 or more columns for the subcategory images because on one I have 6, I want 3 in one column and 3 in the other. Evem with 5, 3 in one 2 in the other. How do I go about making this happen?

Get the column=grid module from the downloads section

Yow. Your images are small in size, but HUGE in file size - 300-400K each. Your site is very slow as a result.

The Image Handler 2 mod will help with image sizing.
