hi i installed zencart on the last page of installation it has 2 buttons below saying clic here to go to store and the other says click here to open admin area when i click on open admin area i get this error

I was able to duplicate your problem on my server by messing up the permissions

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/application_top.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/share/pear') in /home/b/bills/public_html/catalog/admin/index.php on line 23

The fix is to change the permissions on the file listed in the error "includes/application_top.php" and it now works!!!
chmod 644 application_top.php did the trick
