    Default double // in my url right after the top domain.

    Hi all.

    I have a issue with my shop showing double // after my domain name.
    I.e.: http://www.minshop.no//

    All product urls then show like this : http://www.minshop.no//index.php?mai...roducts_id=204

    This causes some search engines to say the urls are illeagal and they will not index them. I am not sure if this is because of a setting in Zen Cart or my hosting partner (bluehost.com), but I am hoping someone here know the reason.

    Server OS: Linux 2.6.22-9_3.BHsmp
    Database: MySQL 5.0.45-community-log
    PHP-versjon: 5.2.6 (Zend: 2.2.0)
    Zen Cart 1.3.8a

    Let me know if you need more information...

    Look at the two configure.php files on your server:
    /includes/configure.php
    /admin/includes/configure.php

    You have additional slashes, most likely on the end of the URLs, in the definitions ...

    Default Re: double // in my url right after the top domain. (SOLVED)

    You are correct Linda. Thank you very much!
    I do not know why is was so, since I have not edited them before.
    Must be from the install?

    For others:

    I changed in /includes/configure.php

    define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/');
    define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/');

    and in /admin/includes/configure.php

    define('DIR_WS_ADMIN', '/admin/');
    define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/');
    define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_ADMIN', '/admin/');
    define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/');

    There were double // in the end of all lines.

    You've also set this:
    <base href="http://www.minshop.no/" />

    Which file is this in? I already did the ones above, and it all seems fine now.

    That would be auto generated in your header - html_header.php is where it's referenced.

    I can not see double // in that file. There are only one instance of that file in the template_default catalog, and I am using classic template.
    It seems that it does not affect my shop either now since it all works well and no double // showing after my first change to the files that Linda pointed out.

    Thanks both of you anyhow.

    As I said, it would be auto generated.
    Changing the settings in the config file would, as it has, correct this issue.
