admin email - how do I change?

I have forgot my password and stupidly hit reset and then realised I no longer have access to that email address.
I have tried running a script from this article - https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=2

and get this error:
#1146 - Table 'NAME_zc3.admin' doesn't exist

Can someone please tell me if there is a .php file I can edit my admin email address in so when I hit resend password, I can receive it?

What prefix is being used for the database?

mmm, not sure, trying to find that info but can't work out what file to look at

Look for DB_PREFIX in either of your two configure files.

found it, and it was obviously there when I look at the database in phpmyadmin
