Use shop only for invoice creation

I would like to use the shop as a catalog where customers can select products to add into their basket.
When they check out, they should receive a mail that an invoice will be sent.
The store admin should receive a mail and should be able to directly make an invoice from the order and send it to the customer via mail.

Does zencart supports this scenario?

Can product be added to the basket without seeing prices?
Can a customer check out without payment?
Can a custom mail be sent wherein is told that the customer will receive an invoice asap?
Can the shop admin be triggered when a new invoice request comes in?
Can the shop admin easily use the selected product list (with prices shown) and send it to the requester?

You could use this to remove the pricing:

You could rename and change the text in the Check/Money Order payment module so your customers could check out without payment.

Thank you for the fast reply. I will try to look into it asap. I deployed the simply_kerrin template and will have 3 languages at the end.

English, Dutch and French.
