I don't get a link at least in sim mode where $review_link is:

    Thank you for your purchase.

We hope you are pleased with all aspects of your purchase.

If you are, please take a minute to review your purchase.

Multiple times a year we randomly draw a reviewer to receive a $25 gift

    hi brian,

does your template use the review link like e.g.

    <a href="$review_link">link to write a review</a>

(had that question before, and it was just a typo in html code)

    cheers

    hi hara,

hope the Tutorial "Getting started with MailBeez" on
    http://www.mailbeez.com/documentatio...tting-started/

helps you to test your installation.

if your list of recipients is empty there are two reasons:
    - you have already send all emails to the current result set
    - you don't have any customers matching your current set-up

so to send out a review email you need to have orders in your system with an age in the configured timeframe.

for testing you can set the delay to -1 which means: find all orders from now.

so for running a first simulation play around with the timeframe and check the effect with "list recipients".

If you get some customers in that list you can click on "run module" (in simulation mode) and you will receive a copy of what the customer will receive when you switch into production mode.

    cheers

    hi hara,

1.) do you have any modifications around handling of product images? check how the image path look like in the source code of the email and how it looks like in your store

2.) that is the path to your template file - there you can remove that hint

Just to save you more confusion: send the 'copy' email to another email address other than one from the system ie: admin@your_site.com a few of us leant the hard way that you don't seem to get HTML copies UNLESS you send it to another (say private) email you own.

Tidy up your Mailbeez templates ie: remove the hints and your away.

there is a FAQ about this on
    http://www.mailbeez.com/support/

short version: take an email address with a customer account which is set to "HTML" as email format.

Q: Zen-Cart: All emails are sent in TXT, but not HTML format. How can I change this?

A: Mailbeez on zencart is relying on the zencart mailengine which takes each email address to find out what format the recipient prefers (reverse look-up). If you think all emails are sent in TXT you probably have been testing MailBeez with an email addresse w/o account in your zen-cart

If your zen-cart is configured to send HTML emails you need to set up a customer-account with your CC-email / send-copy-to email and configure this account to receive emails in HTML format.

When using this email address for testing / CC you should now receive the HTML version.

Tutorial how configure Zen Cart to be able to send emails as HTML:
    https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=113
