    [FONT="Arial Black"]MailBeez V2.5 for ZenCart 1.5.0[/FONT]

    MailBeez V2.5 is now compatible with ZenCart 1.5.0. Please download the MailBeez Quickstart Package from www.mailbeez.com . This package now contains the new plugin-files and some minor changes inside the MailBeez Package.

    The installation is as easy as before and done within minutes by simply copying all files into the ZenCart System

    Be aware of that only the Super-User will see the new Menu Entry - others users first need to be granted the rights (new in ZenCart 1.5).

    enjoy MailBeez

    hiya,

    thanks for the reply, still no luck with the installation i'm afraid.
    Out debug logs are stating the following once we click on installation:

    [03-Feb-2012 02:38:49] PHP Parse error: parse error in \mailhive\dashboardbeez\dashboard_review_o_meter.php on line 300

    any ideas? sorry but we have no idea with php files and would love to get this addon to work.

    thanks

    in line 211 there is a
    PHP Code:
    <?
    tag, please change this into
    PHP Code:
    <?php
    does that fix your issues?

    Mailbeez - I got a quick question for you. I just ran my first production run of the WinBack module. It seemed to work great. However, there is one issue I was hoping you could enlighten me on.

    These are my settings:

    Set Order Status
    Shipped [3]

    Set days passed
    180

    Set days to skip after
    365

    In other words, I wanted it to email customers who 1) hadn't placed an order in at least months, and 2) go back one year from that date and email anyone in that time frame who hasn't made a follow up purchase.

    The problem is that I am getting a few people contact me saying, "Hey, I just placed an order a few weeks ago. Why did I get this "Win Back" email?" I then looked at their customer account and sure enough, they seemed to have made a purchase within the 180 day threshold that I specified in the configuration.

    Do you have any idea why they may have been sent that email? Is there something else I should look for to see why that happened? I am running ZenCart 1.3.8h still.

    hi jeff,

    do these newer orders have a different order status then "shipped"?

    Cord - Please add or update the module in the free AddOns section. thanks.

    the module does find the highest order number in the configured timeframe and than checks if there is an order with a higher order number - assuming that newer orders have higher order numbers.

    Are your order numbers chronological?
