I can't see Shipping Address

Hello,

I can't see Shipping address in order infos. All i can see is Billing address.

I would like to "merge" Billing address and Shipping address. Because I using Wolfpaw Antifraud system by MaxMind and everytime i receive "WPH Report" i can't see there Shipping address so i think this report could be more accurate with Shipping address.

You can see there is blank space under Shipping address.

Address Book Entries are set to "0".

Any ideas?

When a purchase is for virtual items (non-shippable items), there is no shipping address stored, because there's no shipping happening.

Contact Wolfpaw if the absense of the shipping address is actually causing problems with the service they're reselling to you.
