USPS Shipping is not included in my version

Okay we are in production mode but I went ahead and made up a customer and bought something. This is what is coming up in the USPS box on shipping method of checkout

NO OPTIONS INSTALLED: -2147219085 - Invalid XML Element content is incomplete according to the DTD/Schema. line= 0 pos= 1755

On the USPS shipping module, what checkboxes do you have selected for Domestic shipping?

I have the shipping methods checked. BUT....now when I go to usps and hit the edit button, I completely lose the right column so I can't even edit it. We were getting closer to the problem too.
Do I need to put my zipcode into the php file and do you have a line number? It was working but this was the current message. Before I lost the ability to edit.

Yea! I think it's working now. Do have one more question for you. Made up a fake address on city over. I get this 1x3lbs something that shows up and a high rate. Where did that 1x3lb come from?

This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order.

Check your settings in the Configuration ... My Store ...

Do you have a Country set to the United States:

Do you have a Zone set for your state:

Then check the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

Do you have a Country set:

Country of Origin
Select the country of origin to be used in shipping quotes.

Do you have your 5 Digit Zip Code set:

Postal Code
Enter the Postal Code (ZIP) of the Store to be used in shipping quotes. NOTE: For USA zip codes, only use your 5 digit zip code.

You should probably also change the two Tare Rates to: 0:0

oops my bad. Found it and set the tare to0:0 but everything else was set right. I'll test it again without the tare weight set to 0:3
