Installation problem

Hi, thanks for viewing.

I have encountered some minor problem:

When I extract and upload the Zen Cart 1.3.0.2 to my web hosting(Win Server), and set the permissions of the folder writable, I found that I got a blank page during step 3 (Prerequisites) I don't what happen since I can make another successfully in the same server. (That one was 1.2.7)

I am not sure the installation procedure is the same or not or I miss out something.

Be sure that if you are upgrading from something other than v1.3.0.1 that you are using the Full Zen Cart v1.3.0.2 ...

Backup your site and your database before attempting this ...

It is also recommended that you setup a test site and test database and do a test upgrade ...

Thanks for your reply, I think I may mislead something.

I am now trying to install a blank new ZC in my server which is totally not related to the previous one.

This is a new cart for testing and demostration puropose.

but i have checked that there still have at least 600MB for that. Is that not enough??

Just an FYI.... On Windows hosting, it's almost a given that you will see:

Server Free Disk Space Reported = 0 GB

This is a result of the way PHP and Windows interact... it always reports a 0 on Windows hosting.
