Can't Confirm Credit Card Order (reverts to step 2)

This problem is for credit card purchases using Merchant Anywhere. When customer confirms order in step 3 it returns to step 2. Credit card payment shows up in my merchant account. Shopping cart order does not show up anywhere. No error messages are displayed to customer. Order cannot be completed.
I am using Zen Cart 1.2.7, PHP 4.4.2, Windows. (Will be upgrading to new version soon but need this fixed now.)

I don't know anything about Merchant Anywhere, but you need to check that you have the correct return address/callback (checkout_process.php) ; you may also need to check that you are sending the zenid info as well.
