But this error is VERY annoying, and I would love to find out what is causing it.

The error message is pretty straightforward in what the problem is. Here let me highlight the important parts incase you're having trouble reading what it says:

I'm afraid I'm not much with PHP. Does this mean that product.php references reset_seo_cache.php, but the file does not exist? What about

(include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php')

Should I try reinstalling the SEO mod?
or is this a permissions issue?

(I'm probably showing my blatant misunderstanding of the issue with these questions)

Yes that is exactly what it means. So the problem is that the file does not exist, and it obviously is an SEO file it is looking for, so the solution then must be to .... (I know you can figure it out)

Probably not. If there were permission problems with the file in question, it is likely that the error would be "Permission denied" instead of "No such file or directory".

i've been getting a 403 error when trying to get my page analyzed at http://www.websiteoptimization.com/
I wasn't sure what it was but then there was a suggestion that it might be seo urls because one poster replied that he had no problem but he doesn't use seo urls.

just wanted to let you know that this issue was there

i'm not even sure what kind of impact it has on anything but maybe we could track down the cause and research it a little for future optimization...?

i use the SEO url's and don't have a problem with the analyzer.. see other thread for my suggestions :)

Ok. When the urls are enabled, the checkout process will loop you back to step 2 with no order being confirmed or placed.

When the mod is disabled, the checkout works properly...

Any ideas?

using 1.3.6? there are 2 files that need to be updated in order for it to be used with 1.3.6.. i believe one is admin/categories.php and the other is includes/functions/html_output.php

Haven't done the upgrade yet...so 1.3.5

OK. Reset your SEO cache in the admin panel (admin > configuration > seo urls). I had a similar problem in IE where if i clicked a category.. it would just "refresh".. and after clearing the cache it works fine
