I have been reading the PayPal notes about contesting invalid chargebacks and it appears they won't even bother to fight a case on your behalf if the billing and shipping address details are different. It appears the shipping address has to be the same as the address on the PayPal order details page.
I think the Zen Cart address book feature is great for customers, but it also looks like a great feature for fraudsters too?
I need to make a decision whether or not to disable it. Can any seasoned web store operators advise me on that issue, based on real world experience of offering customers the option of a different shipping address?![]()
