Image Handler 2 (for ZC v1.3.8 ONLY) Support

I installed the IH with Apple Zen Template (don't know if that matters) but, I get this error...

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: zen_href_link() in /homepages/26/d231917954/htdocs/store/admin/includes/extra_configures/image_handler_tools_dhtml.php on line 12

Do you know how what I did wrong? Thanks so much!

Have you check that you have all the files for IH uploaded and in the correct folders?

In this case you have "image_handler_tools_dhtml.php" in the wrong folder.

I have Image Handler 2 downloaded and I am able to upload additional images however when I look at the item the additional images do not show up at all. Can anyone please help as to what I am not doing. thanks

From your other thread you said someone installed IH for you.
Have you ask them to check and make sure they uploaded all the files and that they are in the correct folders?
I feel that you are missing a IH file, maybe "additional_images.php"?

What are the image file size your uploading?

What version of IH are you using?

The latest 2 versions (2.0_For_137 & 2.0 V0916)
has /admin/includes/boxes/extra_boxes/image_handler_tools_dhtml.php

The image appears in the upper corner if you are using Firefox and in IE, the image handler doesn't work at all, I guess. ?? Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Gotta make sure you upload "All" the files.
Your missing...style_imagehover.css

includes/templates/apple_zen/css/style_imagehover.css

Any thoughts? I've installed IH2 on my local machine on a fresh install of 1.3.8a using the Acadame template. However, it doesn't seem to generate the correct links. The images are fine, but the links point to images/products/large... and not to the BMZ_Cache folder.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you install IH?
Admin--> Tools--> Image Handler-->Admin--> click install

How are you unloading photos?

Thanks. IH is installed. And uninstalled and repeated about 10 times. Like I said, I'm using it on another site without issue.

I've tried adding 1 photo through the Categories-Products when i add the product, and also directly into IH. The images ARE there and are generated, but the paths are output incorrectly.
