Correct Total, Wrong Tax & Shipping

Hi Gang!

During a PP Express checkout, an example cart shows:

Product: $85.00
Sub-Total: $85.00
(FedEx Home Delivery® ): $10.79
IL TAX 8.5%: $8.14
Total: $103.93

However, in the customer's PayPal invoice details it shows:

Item Price: $85.00 USD
Sales Tax: $7.22 USD
Total Shipping: $11.71 USD
Total: $103.93 USD

It seems like PayPal (or my payment module?) snatched .92 cents and append that sum to the initial shipping fee ($10.79 + 0.92 = $11.71)

However the final total is correct in both.

Anyone tripped over this?

Folks - just a small bump to see if someone suspects anything - My store is live an I am afraid someone will drop an order before this is fixed...

Is it possible that it's including the shipping tax in the shipping rate?
