How do I get the checkout to not display Discount Coupons section?
Also, we have a requirement that the billing and shipping addresses must be the same. How can I remove the Shipping Address portion?

Turn off all coupon support by going to Admin->Modules->Order Total->ot_coupon, and click Remove.
