Where is "Easy Load" (EZ Populate)

Zen Cart 1.3.8a

I've got the manufacturers loaded - by hand. Now I've got 11,000 products to load. I keep seeing references to "Easy Load" but no refs to where to find it or how to run it. Now it's probably hiding in plain sight - <sigh>
