Default Extra CC order email what do I do with it

I have a transaction that is still pending from a customer
I received their order and then I received a second email that says Please direct this email to the Accounting department so that it may be
filed along with the online order it relates to
and it has the middle of his card number.
Nothing is showing up in my paypal so I am confused on what I am supposed to do.

I am using paypal payments standard and express checkout or at least they are both green in my admin area. When someone purchased something they have the option of signing in to paypal or paying with their card on the paypal site without signing in.
Do I need to turn off CC offline processing in my admin area?

Yes, turn off offline processing in the admin. Make sure your Paypal option(s) are configured correctly.

    1. Don't just "turn off" the offline-processing module. Click REMOVE so that it doesn't fire at all. You can't use it unless you have a swipe terminal of your own. And, really should never use it at all, for security reasons.

    2. You DO NOT need to have BOTH "standard" and "express checkout" installed at the same time. Pick one or the other. Click REMOVE on the one you choose to remove. I recommend REMOVING "Website Payments Standard", and just using Express Checkout.
