It has come to our attention this morning that those people using Zen Cart as their shopping cart and Nochex for their payments are having technical difficulties.
We are aware of the problem and our technical team is working very hard to resolve the problem as we speak.
Nochex Merchant account holders can of course call their Account Manager for updates on the situation however we will also notify you via this forum page once a resolution has been found.
As soon as we have an update on the situation we will let you know.

P.S. We would also kindly ask that in future you do not publish Account Managers telephone numbers on the web as these telephone numbers are reserved for Merchant Account holders only and if published, will result in non Merchant account holders calling in where they would usually be asked to submit a support ticket via our website. Publishing numbers in this way will only mean that the Merchant Account Managers have to deal with calls from people who are not eligible for telephone support and this could potentially slow them down when dealing with genuine Merchant enquiries like yours.
