Don’t have a clue but ours stopped working on Saturday the new file worked for us with the tiny alteration of removing the S in https

I would have thought so too, which is why I didn't ignore the email.
Last Nochex transaction was 15:32 yesterday and it worked OK. Had a few since Saturday with no problems.
Well if it’s working then just leave it alone but keep a close eye on it just in case!!

We believe the problem that Zen Cart users have been experiencing has now been resolved. An email went out to all account holders yesterday (to the email address registered on their Nochex account) detailing the solution.
If for any reason you have not recieved the email or are still experiencing difficulties, please either call your Merchant Account Manager or you can email us at [email protected].

A couple of our clients thought they were not being affected; we then install RECOVER CART module on their site and they noticed how many sales they had missed over the last 72hrs! -- Even if you think there has been no problem (maybe a couple of sales went through during Nochex problem period) it's a great module to install.
We then installed the Nochex update for them and all is back working.
I have the same problem and have had no orders showing up since the 29th. This is causing me massive problems as my site took over 50 orders that I cannot see in my admin. I have turned off Nochex for now. I have tried the fix file but no joy as I am running 1.37.1 it won't work. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this in 1.37.1 without me having to upgrade? It's getting a bit crucial that I fix this now as the orders need despatching and I still can't find out what they are. I don't want to have to ask all the customers what they ordered as it is very embarrassing![]()
