you mean paypal surcharge? You aren't supposed to add surcharge for Paypal. Against the rules.

rats, I never posted the updated module and it's been so long that I'm not sure that I even made any changes at all. I don't see date evidence that I did edit it.

Hello. I installed IWSmile module for IWSmile Bank payment with credit card. I need to add 1,8% but I always see 0% on surchage.
What can I do? Could you help me giving me the module updated or the modifies for 1.3.9? Heeelp

the two files I edited were the classes order.php and order_total.php. IM me with your email address and I'll send the updated files. I've only tested this on one site so don't feel comfortable packaging it for the update yet. If folks will test it for me, it would be greatly appreciated.
