Seems you have overlooked much of the install.txt file.. I've added some guide points to your list it should help you find the sections you have missed..

They certainly are.. your instructions were a BREEZE to follow.. Once I did EVERYTHING in the install.txt, my site looked JUST LIKE your demo the first time out!!!
